Frequently asked questions

How do I choose what I read?: NewsPlay AI reads the sources you choose. Tap the Discover button (the magnifying glass) and pick from the suggested sources, or paste the RSS or Atom link of any news site, blog, or newsletter. Use Topic order to change the order of the tabs.
How do I get the latest news?: Pull down on the story list to refresh.
How do I change the reader voice or speed?: Choose a voice in Settings under Reader voice. Tap the player at the bottom of the screen to change the speed or set a sleep timer.
How do I get local news?: Add the RSS feed of your local newspaper or TV station. Most news sites list an RSS link at the bottom of their pages.
Are the summaries accurate?: Summaries are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Every story links to the original article so you can read the full source.
How do I delete my account?: Tap the gear button for Settings, tap your name at the top, then Delete account. Your account, preferences, and feedback are deleted right away.
